Vitally important and always ready for action: Interferons are essential components of the immune system. These proteins and their role in viral defense will be the focus of the 6th International Workshop “Interferon and Infection” at the Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research (HZI). The participants can expect an intensive meeting with much exchange of information and discussion.
